Google Forms

This is one of the easiest use Form Providers. Through Custom Variables you can also pull data from Blink into the form itself to save time for your employees when filling in recurring information. You should use this form if:

  • You want data to be pulled into the form directly from Blink
  • You don't have a massive amount of experience with Form Building
  • You are looking for a free, quick, easy form
Microsoft Forms

You should use this form if:

  • You want data analysis to be done automatically
  • You want a more customized look/feel
  • You are looking for a free, quick, easy form
Typeform

Typeform is a much more customizable tailored experience allowing you to build customized and clear-looking forms. This form provider is more complex but is on a paid plan. For more assistance with Typeform, please visit their help desk or check out the following help articles:
