🧑‍💻 Launch Planning

Making your rollout as successful as possible

Updated this week

Tip: Before you trigger invites to all your employees, we recommend taking the opportunity to plan a "Launch Day" event.

Launching Blink to your employees works best when you make a big deal about it. Since the utility of Blink amongst your workforce is dependent on the amount of your workers that opt to put Blink on their phones, you'll want to find a way to launch with momentum. We've found the following scenarios to be the most effective timing to roll out Blink:

  1. During a company all-hands meeting or Town Hall

  2. During an employee appreciation event

Try to find an opportunity where you'll have the attention of a significant portion of your workforce.

Below is a checklist you can reference for preparing for a Launch Day event.

Tip: Raffles make a big difference! We recommend conducting a raffle to promote sign-ups. Typically this looks like "everyone signed up by Friday will be entered to win a prize."
