Hub carousel on homepage: A new configurable carousel which sits above the feed, allowing you to highlight hub content in a more prominent area in the feed
Moderation centre: The over hauled Moderation Centre is your dedicated space for managing all content moderation in Blink. From one centralised location, you can review reported content, approve or decline pending posts, and manage your organisation's blocked keywords list.
Target a specific audience on recognition microapp: Users can now refine their reach by posting exclusively to specific groups or individuals.

Update to offline mode: You can now save posts and hub pages for offline access, to be viewed later on your mobile device
No default category selected when creating a feed post: users will now have to pick a category before posting encouraging better categorization and engagement
Increased file attachments on feed posts: you can now add up to 10 files
More quick links on Home: you can now add up to 20 quick links in the widget on the homepage
Control playback speed on live & VODs: A native player control to allow you to speed up playback
User token expiry: We've introduced automatic session timeouts to enhance security for enterprise customers. Sessions will now expire after a configured period based on your organization's security requirements. You'll receive daily reminders starting 7 days before your session expires, giving you the opportunity to re-authenticate at a convenient time. If you choose to re-authenticate, we'll streamline the login process by pre-populating your organization details where possible.
Voice only calling option: for customers interested in purchasing voice and video calling, you can now opt in for voice calls only.

Workday actionable nudges: Managers receive notifications when their team members submit leave requests on Workday and can approve or deny them instantly from, right from their Blink feed.
Post collection widget: A small enhancement to feed post collection widget on web which gives you the option to hide those posts from the feed

Read receipts: See when your messages have been read, helping you stay informed and keep conversations flowing. This feature is available in both 1:1 chats and group chats.
Automated keyword blocking: Keyword Blocking helps your organisation prevent users from sending messages that include specific words or phrases. Organisation Admins manage a single blocklist that applies across the entire workspace.
Request to join communities: Control who can access your communities with membership approval settings. Community admins can review and approve membership requests before granting access.

Trackable surveys : Create Trackable surveys that allow you to narrow in on responses from the profile fields you care about most, and export responses for your own more detailed analysis
Chat reactions and updated UI: Visual refresh with new bubbles and colors for clearer, more accessible conversations. React to messages with native emojis.
Workday nudges: Surface Workday notifications directly in Blink (such as birthday reminders, learning prompts and payslip updates). Contact your CSM to discuss getting these set up.
Smart search with ServiceNow: Employees can now find ServiceNow tickets, knowledge base articles, and internal content without ever leaving Blink. Contact your CSM to discuss getting these set up.

Agreement centre: Create and distribute key policy and usage agreements and tracking employee acceptance with configurable recurring prompts
