Introduction

The hub content carousel is a homepage widget that lets org admins surface up to six pieces of hub content - pages, folders, or microapps - in a prominent carousel above the feed. This gives critical or frequently-visited content a reserved space that employees see as soon as they open the app.

How to set up the carousel

No feature flag is required, the widget is available to all organisations by default. Only org admins can add or configure it.

  1. From the homepage, click the Edit Layout button.

  2. Locate the new Hub carousel widget labelled "Share hub pages in the feed" and add it to your layout.

  3. Select up to six items to display - you can choose from hub pages, folders, or microapps.

Important notes

  • Only org admins can add, edit, or remove the hub content carousel widget.

  • You can include a maximum of six items in the carousel at any one time.

  • Supported content types: hub pages, folders, and microapps.

  • The carousel appears below the share box and above the main feed.

  • This widget is entirely optional ,organisations that don't need it simply don't add it to their layout.

  • Mobile support is not yet available but is actively being worked on.
