What is a Content Creator?

Content Creators are group specific roles that grant limited content-related access to users in a group without giving full Group Admin permissions. This role allows users to create and manage team level content creation without any user management abilities. They can feature posts in the carousel, manage comments on posts made to their groups, and pin posts for their groups.

ℹ️ The Blink Admin Portal is accessible from a computer via the desktop app or by visiting www.admin.joinblink.com - this link can also be accessed on a tablet.

Manage Hub Content

Conent Creators can modify Hub content for only their groups(s). They can add, edit, replace and remove content from the Hub via Blink Admin, so they can make sure the group has access to the latest information and tools that they need.

Create Feed Content

Even when posting privileges for a group are restricted to admins only, Content Creators will be able to create post alongside Group Admins as well as create priority posts for the groups they're Content Creators for. These posts are given a boost so that they stand out from everything else in the Feed, helping important updates get seen.

Other Access

In addition to the actions above, Content Creators have additional access to some restricted features as shown below:
