FAQs

Why can't I see the Call icons? | Users will only be able to see the call icons available to call others if both the call initiator and the call receiver have refreshed their apps. For example, if User A has refreshed their app and wants to make a call to User B, but User B has not refreshed their app, then User A will not see any call icons available to call User B until User B also refreshes their app. |
Is there a maximum number of participants allowed in a group call? | Yes. This is set at 50 participants. If you need to have bigger calls, talk to your CSM or our Support Team. |
Can I share a link for others to join my call?
| Share links are available on Web so that you can extend the invite to a maximum of 50 participants.

Do Blink calls honour my Do Not Disturb settings?
| Yes! If you have Do Not Disturb set then you can’t be called and you won’t see a missed call. |
Can I share my screen within the call?
| Web users have access to the share screen functionality for everyone to be able to see their screen.

What in-call features will be available to me?

Can I see a log of my calls in Blink? | Not yet, but we’ll explore this in future. Mobile devices will log missed calls via their native behaviour.

Do I have to be in Blink to receive a call?
| On Web, your Blink app or browser needs to be open for you to receive the call. On mobile, the call will be received on the device in the same way you receive any call. |
