Blink IQ allows you to send automated exports of dashboards to your email inbox. This allows you to be alerted via email about the latest analytics in Blink IQ, without needing to open the Blink app.
Create a scheduled report
To set up a scheduled report:
Open a Blink IQ dashboard from the admin panel
Click the three dots menu in the top right hand corner
Hover over ‘Schedule’ and click ‘Create schedule’
Customise the name and frequency of the report, and in the recipients section, choose which users you would like the report to be sent to
Click Create – you will now receive the report to the email address that is linked to your Blink account, and any other users you added in the step above!
Manage existing scheduled reports
To modify scheduled reports you have already set up:
Open the relevant Blink IQ dashboard from the admin panel
Click the three dots menu in the top right hand corner
Hover over ‘Schedule’ and click ‘Manage schedules’
Click the three dots menu to pause the report, edit its settings, view the run history (i.e. when the report has been sent in the past, or delete the report).
