Which dashboards are available?
Customers at our Basic and Bronze tiers of Blink IQ get access to Overview dashboards only:
Customers at our Silver and Gold tiers of Blink IQ get access to an advanced range of dashboards, with deeper workforce insights, more flexible visualizations of performance over time, and opportunities to optimize your use of functionality on the Blink platform. They give you everything you need to move from insight to action:

How to use Blink IQ dashboards
Filter dashboards
You can apply filters at the top of every dashboard to slice the data by time/date, or by a sub-group of users.
Click the time range filter to focus on the data for a specific number of days or date range. You might want to look at data for a specific month or quarter for reporting purposes
Click the profile field filters to focus on the data for a specific sub-group of users, for example a Department, Location, or Job Title. You might use this feature to provide insights on a particular area of the business you are focusing your engagement efforts on.
You can layer filters to drill down further for insights on specific groups of users, and use multi-select to look at the data for various values at once.
Explore your data
On each Blink IQ dashboard, you can dive deeper into the data by clicking the three-dot menu in the top right hand corner of each visualisation.
Click Explore to add filters to a single data visualisation
Click Download to export the data to PDF, XLSX or CSV
Click Present to show a full-screen version of the data visualisation
