📊 Overview dashboards are available for all Blink IQ Tiers. Learn more about how to upgrade your Blink IQ tier here.
The first dashboard you’ll see when you open Blink IQ is the Overview. This is designed to be a high-level, ‘executive summary’ level of analytics on usage and engagement across the Blink platform – helping you understand at a basic level how users are interacting with Blink.
By looking at dashboard visualisations, you can see key statistics on platform usage, which can help you to answer the following questions:
Activation: How many of your users have activated their Blink account, and what proportion of users still need to be invited or accept their invite?
Usage: How often are your users logging into Blink, and which areas of the app are most popular?
Feed: How many people are using the feed, posting and engaging with content
Chat: What proportion of your users are using Blink chat, and what is the volume of chat messages being sent?
Hub: How many users are engaged with your Hub, and which Hub items are most popular?
Stories: How are users interacting with our social media-style Stories feature?
Basic dashboards are just the tip of the iceberg!
Our advanced Blink IQ Silver and Gold tiers include an extended dashboard library that allow you to dive much deeper into workforce insights, set up KPIs, and get alerted about the metrics that matter to you. Learn more our Blink IQ tiers here.
