Blink IQ’s Workforce Insight dashboards provide you with powerful metrics on workforce management processes available on the app.
Moderation
The Moderation dashboard shows you the volume of reported content on Blink, and how quickly it is being actioned. The dashboard allows you to answer questions like:
What is the volume of reported content over a given time period?
Have all reports been actioned by moderators, and if not, which are outstanding?
How long is it taking moderators to review and action reported content on the platform?
What are the most and least common reasons for content being reported on the platform?
What type of content (e.g. posts, comments, chats, stories) is being reported?
Which content received the most reports?
Journeys
Journeys are automated feed posts admins can send to Blink users, often used for onboarding processes. Blink IQ’s Journeys dashboard allows you to answer questions like:
How many Journeys have been set up in the organisation?
How many Journey posts are being sent to users?
What is the reach of Journey posts (in other words, are the Journey posts being seen by the recipients)?
How has the reach of Journey posts changed over time?
User Data
With the Blink IQ User Data dashboard, you can monitor the health of user data on the platform. It allows you to answer questions like:
What percentage of users have complete and incomplete profile field data? For example, missing ‘Company’ ‘Department’ or ‘Job Title’ profile information.
What percentage of users have an email address or mobile phone number populated?
What percentage of users have an Employee ID populated?
How many users have uploaded a profile picture?
Which users specifically have profile information that needs to be addressed?
📊 You can get access to these dashboards by upgrading to Blink IQ Silver or Gold – find out more here.
