Critical documents on Hub Pages (e.g., compliance, health & safety, training, menus) are often sensitive and operationally critical but easily forgotten over time. Setting review dates on Hub Pages ensures these documents remain up-to-date and accurate for day-to-day employee use.
Set up review cycles
As an Admin, choose how often each Page should be reviewed.
Assign one or multiple reviewers to take responsibility for checking the content. (Note: reviewers must already have access permissions to the Hub Page.)
Assign reviewers with flexibility
You can assign more than one person, but only one reviewer needs to complete the review.
Admins with the right permissions can also step in and mark a Page as reviewed at any time.
Track everything in one place
Use the central list of Hub Pages with review dates to see what’s overdue and what’s coming up next.
Check the Page Change Log for a full history of review activity—including when dates were added, updated, or marked as complete.
Review and update Pages seamlessly
When it’s time, reviewers can make updates directly on the Page and then click “Mark as reviewed.”
If only minor edits are needed, you can update the content without resetting the review cycle. For bigger changes, you can reset the cycle so the new publish date becomes the new baseline.
Stay on top of deadlines with notifications
Reviewers will automatically receive reminders:
7 days before the due date, and
On the due date itself.
Review banners will also appear at the top of the Page (visible only to assigned reviewers) when a review is coming up or overdue.
