Groups

We heard how important it was for you to have your users engage more within your organisation, ensuring the culture thrives. So we elevated the experience by emphasising all the groups that exist and relevant to your users.

We heard how important it was for you to have your users engage more within your organisation, ensuring the culture thrives. So we elevated the experience by emphasising all the groups that exist and relevant to your users.

By changing the title and icon from ‘Connect’ to ‘Groups’, it will be more clear what your users expect to see in this space.

Additionally, we moved ‘Key contacts’ and the ‘Directory’ out of this space into another (more details further below).

As such, this will emphasise:

  • The groups they can discover

  • Their favourites groups if they pinned it

  • The teams they are currently in

  • The communities they joined

More

This space has been revamped because there’s so many capabilities Blink can offer!

By changing this from ‘Settings’ to ‘More’, we could more explicitly show functions your users have at their disposal, and showcase our new feature called ‘Events’!

As we understand more of your challenges and grow our features, we expect the ‘More’ space to grow with it as well, ensuring your users have everything they need to be engaged with your organisation.
