I am being asked to enter payment details | Although Blink is free to all end users, this is a common occurrence on the Google Play Store. Every now and then, a pop up will appear asking you to enter your payment details if you haven't entered them onto the Play Store previously. There will be an option to press Skip in the bottom right: click that and Blink will start installing. Blink is free to all end users as the licenses are paid for by your organisation. |
Apps won't install from the Google Play Store | If the Blink app won't install, and other apps won't install either, please follow the steps below.
1. Open the system settings on your device.

4. Search for or find 'Google Play Store' and click on it to open a new page.
5. From this page, there will be an option labelled 'Storage'. Click that.
