Keeping your app updated is important so you aren't missing new features and releases. This can also ensure you aren't missing out on any patches that fix any bugs.

💡 Helpful Hint Clicking "Check for Updates" will only check for updates to the framework that the desktop app lives in - it won't necessarily reload the latest version of Blink, so you still need to close and reopen the desktop app to load the newest version. |

Troubleshooting
Storage issues on iOS | If you are running out of storage on your mobile device you may need to clear either photos, videos, or other apps that you don't use. To delete apps, click here, to delete photos or videos, click here. Of course, we do completely understand if you aren't comfortable with clearing your space on your device that way so, if you aren't, feel free to access the web app or Desktop app. |
Apple ID issues | If like most people, you have a lot of different emails or passwords and you can't remember them all you may run into an issue where you need to sign in to your Apple Account to install Blink but you can't remember either detail. If you click here you will be able to get help in resetting your password. |

I am being asked to enter payment details | Blink is free to an end user, this is a common occurrence on the Google Play Store. Every now and then a pop-up will appear asking you to enter your payment details if you haven't entered them onto the Play Store previously. Blink is free to all end users as the licenses are paid for by your organization. There will be an option to press Skip in the bottom right, click that and Blink will start installing |
Apps won't install from the Google Play Store | If the Blink app won't install, and other apps won't install either, then there is an easy fix.
