Not all organization will have a visible Billing portal. If you don't see this portal in your account and have any questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Where to find the Billing Portal
The Billing portal is accessible via the Admin portal.
Click the gear icon on the desktop or web app to open the Admin view
Scroll down and select the "billing" option from the menu on the left
This will open your billing portal view
Update your subscription
In the Billing portal, your organization admins are able to update your number of licenses and your plan as needed.
In the billing portal, click the > icon to the right of the subscription in the box
This will open a subscription view where you can see your current plan, your number of licenses, the selected payment method and your listed address. To make changes to the subscription, click "edit subscription"
To change your current plan, click "change" at the top of the box. To update your number of licenses, type the desired number of users in the "Qty" box. Once you're happy with your changes, click "update subscription" to save your changes.
Update your billing information
To view or update your billing address, click on the "Billing & Shipping Addresses" section. Then select the address you'd like to update by clicking the ">" symbol to the right of it.
To update your payment method, select the "payment method's" option. From here, you can click the ">" symbol next to your primary payment method or you can click "add new" to add a new payment method.
Review past transactions
You can see your previous payments/invoices and download them for your records at any time by clicking the "billing history" option.
Each charge will be listed with the date and payment amount. To view the invoice or download a copy, click the "download" option.
