Who is eligible?

Upon request, verification, and written consent, Blink may offer free access to our system to non-governmental organizations that hold valid, verified non-profit status. Blink determines an organization's qualification for Blink for Everyone in its sole discretion and reserves the right to grant or deny an organization's application or participation at any time, for any reason. Blink may supplement or amend the eligibility guidelines at any time without notice. We reserve the right to re-verify the organization’s status as a non-profit organization.

If we identify a change in an organization’s status or as a result of a change in our policies an organization no longer qualifies for Blink for Everyone, then we will provide such organization with at least three months’ notice of the ineligibility for the Blink For Everyone Plan and the reasons for the change. The organization shall then be entitled to terminate its access to our services immediately or begin paying for the services at the then-current standard rates.

If at any time an organization becomes aware of its own status change or other ineligibility to the Blink For Everyone Plan, it must inform Blink without undue delay at which point it shall be entitled to terminate the services immediately or begin paying for the services at the then-current standard rates. An organization’s decision to terminate or continue with payment must be made within three months of it’s status change.

Who is not eligible?

The following organization are not eligible for this program regardless of non-profit status:

  • Organizations that provide or originate health insurance or group health plans

  • Schools, universities, and other academic institutions, including school districts and athletic associations, and educational services organizations

  • Governmental entities, agencies, or organizations

  • Legislative and political activity organizations (including advocacy)

  • Churches and other religious organizations

  • Professional athletic leagues

  • Credit unions and other mutual organizations

  • Organizations who provide healthcare services

Notes on account creation

Organizations that qualify for Blink for Everyone may only create user accounts for their direct employees, contractors, and volunteers. In the event a qualifying organization creates user accounts for anyone else, Blink reserves the right to charge the organization the standard rates for such user accounts.
