Your Teams may be synced over externally. This is managed by your organization and if you require any updates to your current Team list please reach out to your manager, Blink Champion, or IT team.
Reach out to Support@joinblink.com for any information on either how to set this up, or issues with setting this up. Please note that your organization will need to have SCIM user provisioning enabled in order to use this feature.

If need be, you can send invitations to the users that have been added via SCIM in the Admin Panel.
