New users on mobile

  • šŸ“© Using an invite - Your organization may have sent you an invite to Join Them on Blink which will make signing up incredibly quick. The invite itself may go to either your mobile inbox or your email.

  1. To start the registration process, open the invite and press the blue button.

  2. This will direct you to your app store on our install page. Click install. If you have installed the app before you use the invite you will be taken straight into the app. If you need assistance installing the app, please see "How to Download Blink."

  3. Depending on your organization, you may need to enter some information about yourself once the app is opened. After that has been entered, you will get full access to Blink!

  • šŸ“¦ Using a Starter Pack - These may have been handed out to you by your organization. It is a one-page guide for 'Getting Startedā€™ and has a QR code. You will need to have blink installed in order to use the QR code. If you need assistance installing the app, please visit "How to Download Blink."

  1. Open the Blink app. In the very top right of your screen, there is an icon to access the QR scanner (you won't need to use an external service to scan the QR Code)

  2. Tap this icon and hold up your starter pack to scan the QR code. Once itā€™s been scanned, you will be taken through the registration process and asked to enter some information for your account.

  3. If your QR code doesn't scan, or you have any issues with it, you can enter the invite code manually to sign in. At the bottom of your screen will be a "Type code instead" option. Written on your pack will be the "Invite Code" which is the code you should enter.

  • šŸ‘Ŗ "Join my Colleagues" directly in the Blink app - Only use this option if you are sure you have an account ready for you to join. You will need to download the Blink app first: If you need assistance installing the app, please visit "How to Download Blink."

  1. On the welcome page, select "Join your team on Blink" and choose either your mobile number or email: this email or number will be the same one your invite was sent to, your work email, or the one your manager advises you to use.

  2. Enter your work email or mobile number.

  3. Based on your organizationā€™s requirements, you will need to complete the authentication method your company has chosen for you.

  4. Once completed, you may have to enter your job title and your department. This information is only used for your Blink profile and may be changed or updated at any time.

Existing users on mobile

  1. To sign into your existing account, open your Blink app and press "I already have an account".

  2. Enter either your email or mobile number that is listed on your account and complete your organizationā€™s method of authentication.

New users on desktop

  1. If you havenā€™t already, download the Blink desktop app. If you need assistance installing the app, please visit "How to Download Blink." Once the app is installed, launch it and select the ā€œMy team is on Blinkā€ option as shown below:

  2. Upon clicking this, you will be given three options: enter your email, enter your phone number, or enter your invite code.

    1. Email: you should enter your work email. If you have an account registered with that email, you will be signed in to your account after entering an OTP.

    2. Phone: if you have an account registered with that number, you will sign in to your account after entering an OTP.

    3. Invite: please reference your "Getting Started" guide or Starter Pack. On that page will be an invite code (as shown below) to enter after selecting this option.

Existing users on desktop
