Blink integrates with the tools your teams already use, bringing information and actions from key business apps into one place. Each integration requires initial setup by an Organization Admin before it becomes available to your team.

What apps does Blink integrate with? Blink has native integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft 365. You can also connect Blink to over 1,000 other apps using Zapier. All integrations must be enabled by an Organization Admin first.

✅ Why connect Blink to other apps?

• Surface notifications and actions from key tools without leaving Blink

• Reduce context switching for frontline and desk-based teams

• Automate workflows between Blink and 1,000+ apps via Zapier

• Admins configure once - all eligible users benefit immediately

⚠️ Organization Admins only. All integrations must be configured by an Organization Admin before they are available to your team. If you need an integration that isn't showing, speak to your Blink admin.

🔌 What integrations are available?

Blink supports the following native integrations:

⚡ How do I connect Blink to other tools with Zapier?

See the Zapier setup guide for full details.

❓ FAQs

Why can't I see an integration in Blink?

All integrations must be enabled and configured by an Organization Admin before they appear for users. If you expect to see an integration but cannot, ask your Blink admin to check whether it has been set up for your organization.

Does connecting an app give Blink access to my account data?

Each integration only accesses the data it needs to function - for example, the Zoom integration creates meetings but does not access your meeting recordings. Refer to the setup guide for each integration for details on what data is accessed.

What is the difference between a native integration and Zapier?

Native integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zoom, M365) are built specifically for Blink and offer deeper functionality. Zapier is a general-purpose automation platform that connects Blink to over 1,000 other apps using pre-built or custom workflows. Use a native integration where one exists, and Zapier for everything else.

Can I request a new integration?

Yes. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact Blink support to submit an integration request.
