Blink provides a really simple way to distribute forms to your employees
Adding your own forms
Go to 'Admin panel' - only Admins can access this via desktop
'Admin Panel' will open in a secondary tab
Select (+) Add Content
Select Forms - we support:
Other form software you may use
Select your forms provider
Copy and paste the URL of the form you’ve created which can be accessed via the Blink app
Input a display name
Upload a display icon
Select custom variables - this pre-fills parts of your form with user details
Select the specific Team or Teams you’d like to see this link
Choose your Hub section
Share your form to the feed!
Select ‘Share to Feed’ to boost visibility and prominence
Select ‘Quick Link’ if you want this to appear at the top of the Hub
