What are advanced analytics on Blink

The Advanced Analytics feature provides Employee Intelligence to dig deep into what makes your organization tick – from turnover to engagement and sentiment – so you can stop problems before they start and boost employee engagement and productivity. When enabled, this feature makes the data available to everyone in your organization with Admin access.

How is this different from the included Frontline Intelligence data

In addition to having quite a bit more data to work with, Advance Analytics can help your organization to better identify opportunities for optimization, better illustrate overall engagement for your users on Blink, and help streamline the activation process with simple to read, trackable data.

The unique visuals in this feature make it easy to pinpoint exactly where activation is lagging within your organization.

What information is included

Dashboards are actionable, providing you tips and suggested areas of improvement. There are 4 core pillars of data in this feature: Activation, Communication, Engagement, and Productivity.

Beyond the traditional dashboards, we also take a mobile-focused approach where we send out leaderboards and nudges to frontline managers, encouraging them to get their employees signed up.

Accessible to Admin users via Web and Desktop app.

Activation

Activate your workforce with our comprehensive dashboards, tracking activation trends over time, and featuring leaderboards by department, manager, location, and more. You can also use our dashboards to focus on your new hire activation rates. This is important for maintaining and improving your activation post launch.

Communication

Maximise the reach of your critical comms with insights into how and when to catch everyone’s attention. These reports will help your team avoid feed overwhelm and maximise user experience by only sharing things that are interesting and important to them.

Our dashboards can be used to action and monitor improvements in comments and reactions too, not just Feed posts themselves.

  • Heat map of highest app engagement across organization

  • Analysis of reach by category type, author, media type or post setting

  • See real examples of what is performing well, and track new posts, boosting the posts if needed.

  • Filter and rank your feed posts by lots of different performance metrics to identify what works.

  • Moderation data that let you view stats on your moderated posts and comments, to see issues ongoing in your organisation.

Engagement

Improve employee satisfaction through active engagement

  • Gamified leaderboard showcasing engagement by department/org unit

    • These leaderboards can be shared with your frontline managers to encourage some healthy competition and help with hitting KPIs!

  • Influencer metrics highlighting key communicators

  • MAU analytics as well as platform analytics

  • Chat analytics that show the types of connections formed at your company

  • Manager engagement

    • Fully customisable manager leaderboards easily categorized by manager, department, etc.

    • Help demonstrate the importance of manager leadership and encourage managers to be more engaged on Blink.

    • Senior managers are able to filter for just the managers in their team.

Productivity

Improve productivity by reducing friction

  • Hub usage data that lets you track changes over time and see how many of your users are using the hub and the frequency and scope they are using it for. Keep your hub clean and organized with our optimization stats. The relevant report contains buttons allowing you to see exactly what items these are, and links to delete (if your profile has the necessary access to do so).

  • Report on frequency of opens of 3rd Party Tools and Digital Form to make decisions on what should be quick links, where to invest in SSO

  • Monitor the effectiveness of your shift management, and find insight into improving assigned rates.

  • Create a hub experience that is built on what your employees actually use. Quick links appear at the top of the hub for easy access, so you can use the data to select the best ones.

FAQs

Can I only get one or two of the reports included?

At this time, the Advanced Analytics feature is can only be enabled for all the reports so there wouldn't be a way to only include/purchase certain data
