Building forms in Blink can now be done using our AI tool.

The AI Builder is a conversational interface which admins (and other users with the correct permissions) can use to build and edit native Blink forms. It appears in two places: Create with AI when building a new form, and Edit with AI when refining a form that already exists.

To get started, first navigate to Content Studio → Forms, click Create Form and choose Create with AI. Then you can:

Provide your own prompt. What do you want to achieve with your form? Who is your targeted audience? What should it include?
Select one of the pre-canned prompts (Time-off request, Event RSVP, or Feedback form).
Attach a photo or PDF of an existing form for Blink to recreate. Attachments must be images or PDFs.

Once the AI builds your form, keep refining it in chat, use Add language in the preview if you want a translation into another language, then click Create. This saves the form and drops you into the standard form editor to finish off — settings, logo, recipients, and sharing.

You can also use the AI to edit a form that already exists. Open the form in the standard form editor and click Edit with AI.

FAQS

Is any data that I input used for training external models?

No. Any conversations that you have with the Builders will not be used to train external models, nor will they be exposed to nay organisations outside of your own.

Where do I find the AI Builders?

The builders are found within the existing product spaces that you'd use to create a form, survey, page or journey. You can still use the traditional methods to build in Blink too!

Who has access to the AI Builders?

Anyone who previously had permissions to use to these features will now also have access to use the AI Builders.

Does it create a different kind of form/survey/page/journey?

No. It generates standard native Blink concepts. Once created, they behave exactly like any manually built concept.

Can I keep editing after the AI generates the form/survey/page/journey?

Yes, you can edit as normal and can use either the manual tools or through the AI Builders

Can it handle other languages?

Yes.

Is there an extra cost for using the AI Builders?

No. There is no extra cost.

Is the context of the conversations restricted?

Yes. You can only interact with the AI Builder about creating the relevant Blink concept. If you try to use the builders to go off topic, you'll be guided back to the task at hand.

Can the AI Builders be turned off?
