Journeys AI Builder | Blink Help Centre

Building journeys in Blink can now be done using our AI tool.

The AI Builder is a conversational interface which admins (and other users with the correct permissions) can use to build and edit native Blink Journeys. It appears as Build with AI inside the existing Journeys builder in the admin panel.

To get started, first navigate to Journeys, click Create Journey and choose Build with AI. Then you can:

Provide your own prompt describing the journey's goal, length, target audience and key content.
Select one of the pre-built prompts.
Upload a supporting attachment for Blink to use as reference.

Once the AI builds your journey, keep refining it in chat — continue the conversation, or add, edit, or delete a step. Review the draft, then finish off in the standard builder — trigger, audience, sender — and publish as normal. You can also come back and adjust an existing journey with the AI at any point.

Is any data that I input used for training external models?
No. Any conversations that you have with the Builders will not be used to train external models, nor will they be exposed to nay organisations outside of your own.
Is my data secure?
Yes.
Where do I find the AI Builders?
The builders are found within the existing product spaces that you'd use to create a form, survey, page or journey. You can still use the traditional methods to build in Blink too!
Who has access to the AI Builders?
Anyone who previously had permissions to use to these features will now also have access to use the AI Builders.
Does it create a different kind of form/survey/page/journey?
No. It generates standard native Blink concepts. Once created, they behave exactly like any manually built concept.
Can I keep editing after the AI generates the form/survey/page/journey?
Yes, you can edit as normal and can use either the manual tools or through the AI Builders
Can it handle other languages?
Yes.
Is there an extra cost for using the AI Builders?
No. There is no extra cost.
Can the AI Builders be turned off?
Yes. Each of the Builders can be turned off via request to your CSM. They will be disabled for the whole organisation.
Is the context of the conversations restricted?
Yes. You can only interact with the AI Builder about creating the relevant Blink concept. If you try to use the builders to go off topic, you'll be guided back to the task at hand.
Is anything put live or created without permission?
No. Every form/survey/page/builder that you create requires you to review and manually set live. The AI can not create and set concepts live automatically.
