How are mobile users activated on Blink?

The preferred method of activation is through an invite generated by Blink and sent by email or SMS. The invite will contain a magic link. When the user clicks on the link, the link will automatically download the app from the app store and log the user into Blink. If an organization has a 3rd party IdP/authenticator the user will have to enter in their corporate credentials the first time they install Blink. 3rd Party Authentication is configured in the Blink Admin portal.

If an organization doesn’t have email/SMS information for their users, we can provide a personalized QR Code to be scanned.
