If you've heard about a new feature in Blink, but you don't seem to have access to it, the first thing you need to do is check whether you have the most up-to-date version of the Blink software on your desktop, web or mobile Blink apps.
Here's how you check:
- Web: refresh your web browser and the latest version of the web app will load
- Desktop: close and re-open the desktop app to load the latest version
Clicking "Check for Updates" will only check for updates to the framework that the desktop app lives in - it won't necessarily reload the latest version of Blink, so you still need to close and reopen the desktop app to load the newest version.
- iOS and Android: Head to the App or Play Store on your mobile to check for updates to the apps
If you still can't see the feature you're looking for, it may be because the feature is in beta or pre-release phase that is still undergoing development, and will be released soon.
