Organizations can require all employees to use this extra level of security to access Blink to secure sensitive data.
Suppose your organization does not require you to do this, but you'd like to add even more security to your account. In that case, you can also turn on fingerprint or facial recognition security from settings.
Setting up biometric recognition to access Blink.
- Go to the Blink settings page on your mobile device.
- Scroll to the Privacy & Security section and toggle Biometrics on. On iOS the setting will say Touch ID or Face ID depending on which type of security your device supports.
- You will need to complete fingerprint or facial recognition to confirm this setting change.
