Once you've finished configuring your platform and populating users, you're ready to send invitations to your employees.
Launch to everyone
When we refer to "Launching" Blink, we mean triggering platform invitations to your user list.
Note: This action can only be taken by users with the role of Organization Administrator.
You can trigger invitations to all users by navigating Admin -> Users -> Imported Tab -> "Actions" button -> "Send invitations"
Once you click this button, you'll receive a confirmation notification and your invites will be sent to the email and/or phone number we have on file for your users.
Launch to only a specific Group
If you're rolling out Blink to your company department by department, you might want to only trigger invitations for a subset of your users at a time. Invites can also be sent to only a specific Group.
You can trigger invitations to a specific Group's users by navigating Admin -> Groups-> [the specific group] -> "Actions" button -> "Send invitations"
Once you click this button, you'll receive a confirmation notification and your invites will be sent to the email and/or phone number we have on file for the users within that Group.
