Implement Blink in 2–4 weeks with flexible pacing and effective pre-launch strategies

Updated over a week ago

Typically, organizations complete the implementation in 2 to 4 weeks, but you have the freedom to proceed as quickly or as gradually as you prefer. With enough concentrated effort, you could implement Blink in a matter of days if so desired.

Implementation Timeline

  • Standard Duration:
Follow the steps in the Blink Launch Kit. Most organizations find that a 2 to 4-week period is sufficient to set up and launch Blink effectively.

  • Flexible Pace:
You can adjust the implementation speed to align with your organization's specific requirements and resources.

Pre-Launch Preparation

To ensure a successful rollout, we recommend dedicating at least 2 weeks to internal campaigning and promotion of Blink before sending out user invitations. There is a whole section in the Blink Launch Kit dedicated to this aspect of your implementation. Following this proactive approach helps to:

  • Build Anticipation:
Inform employees about the upcoming tool, its benefits, and how it will enhance their work experience.

  • Encourage Adoption:
Increase the likelihood that employees will accept their invitations and engage with the platform from the outset.
