Your Hub content is crucial for your organization's daily operations, especially when you're on the move.

When you're in areas with poor network connectivity, whether you're in flight, on public transport, in remote locations, or inside buildings with thick walls, important information from your Hub becomes inaccessible.

Blink has now introduced an easy way for you to save Hub content for offline purposes!

How to save Hub content for later

Available via our mobile app, when you visit your Hub, you can save content like multimedia attachments (e.g. images, videos, PDFs).

To ‘save for later’:

  • Long press on the Hub content, or

  • Tap the 3 dots

This will centralise your access under ‘More’, then the ‘Saved’ section.

If any content gets updated while you are offline, then it will automatically update when you reconnect online!

Configure data settings

You can also configure your data settings. Concerned about data usage? Don't worry! By default, content is only saved when connected to Wi-Fi. If we detect your mobile data is on while Wi-Fi is off, we'll notify you before using your data allowance.
