The Connect feature allows you to find any other person in your organization with ease!
However, we provide the option for contact details to be hidden for your privacy.
To find someone within your organization on Blink, simply enter their name in the search bar on the Connect tab.
Where is the Connect feature?
In the desktop app or web version, it’s in the menu at the top of the screen:
In your mobile app, this may be accessed through the menu at the bottom of your screen:
The Connect feature is broken into 3 sections: Contacts, Directory, and Groups
What's the difference between these three groups?
Contacts are all the users you have previously connected with on Blink
The Directory is a complete list of all the users within your organization
The Groups section will show only the teams you are part of and who their members are
