We've always offered the option for users to favorite a contact that's important to them in order to make these contacts easier to locate quickly in the directory. Now, with key contacts, we're helping to make sure everyone you need is truly at your fingertips.
This feature will automatically list your assigned line manager from your profile at the front of your contacts so you'll always be able to find and contact them when you need them. Simply click on your manager and you'll be directed to their profile.
All of your favorited contacts will appear following your manager and are listed alphabetically based on their first name.
Key contacts appear at the top of the Contacts page of Directory on the mobile app.
