Priority Posts surface urgent updates at the top of the Feed so nothing time-sensitive gets buried.

Mandatory Reads go further: every recipient has to confirm they have read the content, giving you a full acknowledgement record for policies, compliance docs, and anything else that cannot just be skimmed and scrolled past.

Create a Priority Post

Priority Posts are for ad hoc critical communications such as urgent operational updates, safety notices, or anything your team needs to see immediately. They appear prominently at the top of the Feed until read and acknowledged.

Simply choose Priority as the category when posting to the Feed.

💡Top Tip: Priority Posts cannot be edited after publishing to protect the integrity of any acknowledgements.

Create a Mandatory Read

Mandatory Reads are for policies and documents that every employee must formally acknowledge. They live in the Hub and require each recipient to confirm they have read and understood the content before they can dismiss it.

Who can create Mandatory Reads:

Team Admins, Content Moderators, and Organization Admins only.

Set up in a few easy steps

  • Go to Admin Portal > Content Studio > Mandatory reads and click + Add

  • Choose the location for your document within the Hub.

  • Add your content using the page editor: text, images, attachments, and links.

  • Edit the confirmation statement that users will be asked to agree to.

  • Optionally toggle Post to Feed to notify your audience when it publishes.

  • Publish!

Check stats in Admin Portal

The analytics dashboard shows you exactly who has acknowledged and who has not, so you can follow up or send targeted reminders by team or download audit reports for compliance.

  • Go to Admin Portal > Content Studio > Mandatory reads > selected read > analytics.

  • Filter by team to view compliance and Send Reminder to notify users who haven't yet acknowledged.

  • Click Export to download acknowledgement data as an Excel or CSV file for compliance records.


FAQs

Who can create a Mandatory Read?

Only Team Admins, Content Moderators, and Organization Admins have permission to create and publish Mandatory Reads. Read more: Roles and Permissions

Can I turn an existing Hub page into a Mandatory Read?

Yes, open the page in Content Studio, go to Page Properties, and toggle the Mandatory Read option on. Click Update to save. Read more: Mandatory Reads
