The Blink Collective is an exclusive online community where Blink organization administrators can connect, share best practices, and learn from peers across different organizations.

The Blink Collective is available to organization administrators only. If you're an org admin, you'll automatically be eligible to join.

When The Blink Collective becomes available to you, you'll notice a red indicator dot next to your organization logo at the top of your screen, along with a new chevron icon.

On mobile devices, you'll also find a tile in your "More" menu that provides quick access to The Blink Collective.

Once you've joined The Blink Collective, you can easily switch between your organization's instance and The Blink Collective at any time using the account switcher. After your first switch, transitions between instances happen almost instantly.

If you're using the mobile app, you'll automatically receive push notifications from both your main instance and The Blink Collective.

When you join The Blink Collective, we'll automatically create your profile using information from your main instance, including your first name, last name, job title, organization, and profile picture.

Important note: Profile pictures are not synced between instances. If you update your profile picture in either your main instance or The Blink Collective, it won't automatically update in the other instance.

If you're an organization administrator for multiple companies, you can access The Blink Collective from any of your instances. However, for ease of use, we encourage you to access it from your main instance and only join once.
