Troubleshooting

Employees can’t scan the QR code with a device camera.

If your employees are unable to scan the QR code with their device camera, they can download the Blink app and try scanning the QR code with the Blink QR code scanner. Alternatively, they can select ‘Not scanning? Tap to type instead’ where they can enter the invite code found at the bottom of your starter pack.
