This article covers how to sign in to Blink on mobile, web, and desktop.
🔧 Having trouble signing in? See Problems signing in to Blink? for help with common issues.
Quick answer: Open the app or go to app.joinblink.com, enter the email or phone number your employer registered you with, then complete the authentication step your employer has configured (OTP code, SSO, or password).
✅ Before you start - good to know
• You sign in with the email or phone number your employer registered you with - not one you chose yourself. If you're not sure which one, check with your manager or IT team.
• Your sign-in method is configured by your employer - either a one-time passcode (OTP), single sign-on (SSO/SAML), or password. The Blink app will show you which method applies as you go through the flow.
• Once signed in, you stay logged in - you shouldn't need to do this often.
• Signing in for the very first time? You need to accept your invite first - see Accepting your invite to Blink.
