Customizing Your Home Feed

Your Home Feed shows posts from across your organization. If your feed contains content that isn't relevant to you or your team, you can request to have certain types of posts — or posts from specific people or sources — automatically excluded.

What can be excluded from the Home Feed?

You can exclude posts based on two criteria:

Post type — Posts are categorized by type, such as "news," "question," "announcement," and others. If a particular type of post isn't useful in your feed, it can be filtered out entirely.

Post creator — Posts can also be excluded based on who or what created them. This includes individual users, integrations (automated posts from connected tools), and aliases (shared accounts).

Adding carousels

You can also add carousels to your Home Feed. Carousels appear alongside the main feed and display a horizontally scrollable collection of posts filtered by type — for example, all posts labeled as "social."

To learn more about carousels and how to set them up, see Featured Feed Posts.
