When people feel out of the loop, culture suffers, engagement drops, and growth slows. Keeping everyone informed and connected across a large frontline workforce is also a huge job in itself.

Blink's Feed tackles both problems.

It gets the right message to the right person instantly, keeps everyone aligned so your business can scale faster, and gives every employee a voice so culture builds from the bottom up as well as the top down. Smart scheduling, AI writing assistance, and targeted audiences mean you can focus on what actually matters

Key benefits

  • Reach the right people every time, instantly with feed audiences linked to teams or communities

  • Ensure engagement with rich multimedia posts and all of the reactions, comments, polls and highlights used by the best social media

  • Give everyone a voice by turning the Feed into a two-way conversation to build culture bottom-up and top-down. Flexible posting permissions help you find the right balance for your business

  • Save time and professionalize your comms with AI-powered writing assistance and smart post scheduling

Getting Started

Found in the centre of your Home page, the Feed is your digital noticeboard where managers, admins, and content creators share updates, announcements, celebrations, and stories with exactly the right people.

Try sending a welcome post

  • Click on the "share a post" bar at the top of home (or tap the pencil icon on mobile) to open the post composer

  • Select your Audience by typing the name of a team, community, or individual

  • Choose a category

  • Write your post (or let Blink Assist help you!)

  • Add image/s, videos or gifs from your device

  • Click next to choose between classic and enhanced (image first) formats and publish!

Schedule posts for the future

Scheduling lets you draft posts in advance and have them go out automatically at the right time: perfect for shift briefings, Monday morning comms, or timed announcements.

  • Compose your post as normal

  • Enable scheduling in the settings ⚙️ menu and select your date and time

  • Click to save - the post wont publish until the chosen date and time

You can find and manage all scheduled posts in the post planner - click the calendar icon in the "Share a post" box.
