What is it?
The "Send as Email" feature allows organisation administrators to share feed posts via email after they've been published to Blink. This ensures your important messages reach all employees, including those who may not regularly check the app.
How it works
After publishing a feed post to Blink, admins can choose to send it as an email:
Publish your post as normal
Select the boost option on your published post
Choose "improve the read"
Select "Send via email" option
Decide whether to send to:
Only those who haven't seen the post yet, or
Everyone in the group, including those who've already viewed it
Confirm and send
The email will automatically be sent to everyone in your selected group using a professionally designed template.

We limit the preview to encourage employees to return to Blink to view the full content, helping to drive ongoing engagement with the platform.
