Overview
If you run competitions, collect feedback, or gather ideas through Feed posts, you can now export all the comments on a post as a CSV file. This gives you a simple, self-serve way to analyse comment data without needing to copy comments manually or contact support.
The export is generated directly from the post itself, so you can download comments from any post you are entitled to manage.
Who can use this feature?
Exporting comments is available on web to:
Organisation Admins and Content Moderators, who can export comments from any post they can see
Group Admins, who can export comments from posts shared with the groups they administer
The export option is not available on mobile.
How to export comments
On web, find the Feed post you want to export comments from.
Select the three-dot menu in the top right of the post.
Select Download comments.
Your CSV file will be prepared and downloaded to your device.

Note: The Download comments option only appears on posts that have at least one comment. If a post has no comments, the option is hidden.
What's included in the export
The CSV file contains one row per comment, with the following details:
Comment text - The content of the comment as plain text. Any formatting is removed.
Author name - The display name of the person who posted the comment.
Timestamp - When the comment was posted.
If a comment author's account has since been deactivated, their display name is still included in the export.
What's not included
Deleted and moderated comments - Only active comments are exported. Comments that have been deleted by the author or removed through moderation are excluded.
Images, audio, and attachments - Only the text of each comment is exported.
Reactions - Like and reaction counts are not included.
Reply structure - Comments and replies are exported as a flat list, without threading.
