Under the Authentication configurations in the Admin settings, there’s a setting to enforce biometrics. The first time a user loads the app, the mobile device is going to ask for permission to use biometrics.

Additionally or alternatively, you can require biometrics for specific hub items under the Hub settings (check out this article for more information).
