Re-Invite Unclaimed Accounts

Resending invites to users who have not yet claimed their account(s)

❗ Please take caution: Resending invites will generate an email or mobile invite and send it to anyone who hasn't claimed their account in your organization. ❗

In this article:

Reinvite users from the Admin Panel

  1. Open the Admin Panel and open the Users page

  2. Click "Actions"

  3. Within the "Actions" dropdown box "resend invites" is listed at the bottom

  4. This will resend invites to all unclaimed accounts

Reinvite users in an import

  1. Open the Admin Panel and open the Users page

  2. Click "Import Users"

  3. Find the import with the users you want to reinvite

  4. Click the three little dots

This will only Re-invite users who are in this import, but you may not have the option. This is because those users have already used the invite, so their accounts are claimed.
